We are recruiting for 2 direct hire opportunities in Tampa for financially motivated business to business sales representatives! In this role, you will be representing a well-known niche manufacturing company in the Tampa Bay area.  One of these roles will also cover the Jacksonville area but your main office will be located in Tampa. These two positions are direct hire opportunities for our client.

Who you are:

This is an ideal role for the competitive person who wants to be the best at what they do.  There is a base salary + commission on every sale. The commission is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn. The goal is to get sales representatives beyond $150,000 in income as quickly as possible. 

If you enjoy outside sales and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to make sales, this is the perfect role for you.

Initial base salary will be determined based on previous experience. 

Duties:

  • Develop a pipeline of sales leads that can help you deliver at least $1 million in sales by the end of your 2nd year. 
  • Build a network of referral partners, mentors and others to continue to expand your opportunities to build your sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Learn the industry and determine the appropriate pricing on each project, especially as it relates to the companies you are competing with 
  • Work with the management and production team to always work to improve processes and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Previous outside sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be very competitive and financially motivated
  • A strong ability to network and influence people
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • An active drivers license is required

First-year Sales Representatives should expect, with commissions,  an income of at least $60,000 as you build your pipeline of opportunities.
