Job Description

Position Summary

To be responsible for overall development and coordination of the recruitment processes and procedures; help to implement and execute the recruitment strategy for company by managing interviews, supporting recruiters, and other various aspects of the full life cycle recruiting process. Provide new and or improved services to evaluate personnel hiring and operation; to assess the ability to meet service needs with the human resources and talent acquisition team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to talent acquisition leadership and coordination of day to day activities

  • Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally

  • Create and maintain reports of key recruiting metrics include cost per hire ratios, ROI of resources, and retention data

  • Schedule and track all interviews, offer processes, travel schedules, and event schedules

  • Conduct employee pre-employment including background checks and drug screenings

  • Interface with internal client leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process

  • Work with hiring managers and candidates to provide status updates

  • Manage, maintain relationships, and support all external agency vendors

  • Utilize and support recruiters in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports, data entry, and candidate management

  • Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and 'outside of the box' ideas on marketing and events

  • Participate in the prescreening and interviewing selection of roles within organization

Education and Experience

  • College degree is required. 1-2 years' experience in recruiting or human resources preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, high organized, ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system preferred

  • Outgoing, aggressive, motivated, and loves working with people

  • Some travel may be involved  

Work Environment / Physical Requirement

  • Work environment is an office location. The position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse and telephone.

  • Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with frequent bending and stooping
