Job Description

We are seeking a Racker/Unracker who doesn't mind getting down and dirty in a smelly plant. Talk about honesty!! Read below for more fun details about this open position. 

Racker/Unracker Job Duties:

  • Organize/prepare large parts and place them on racks to be further processed. 
  • After processing unrack parts and organize/stack on pallets.
  • Utilize proper canes and polys to rack parts according to racking instructions.
  • Maximize each load beam set-up as required to meet customer needs.


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  •  Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comply with company documents such as; safety rules, work policies and procedures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers for dexterity related tasks.
