Job Description

Well-established company that focuses on building and designing hospitality venues seeks a Project Manager. This position will involve working in the office 50%, and in field 50%.

Location: near Syosset, NY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle project schedule, material & manpower coordination, fabrication coordination, and project close out
  • Handle projects from project award to project close out
  • Creating & Maintaining of Project Schedules and status of all project activities
  • Coordination of Materials, In-House and with External Vendors
  • Coordinate Field Manpower requests
  • Other functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Manager role; some industries that our client will consider: hospitality, lighting, plumbing, furniture/millwork, trade show equipment, flooring, etc.
  • Degree in Construction Management a plus, however not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
