Job Description

PrideStaff is currently seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a small real estate development firm in Solana Beach area to keep business owner highly organized!

PART TIME – 20 to 25 hours a week 9am to 2pm


  • Provide support to Owner of business
  • Provide overflow support to Property Manager as needed
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Help employees and owner in locating files
  • Perform periodic inspection of files and eliminate unwanted documents
  • Monitor and distribute incoming communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings or other notes
  • Conduct research on various topics
  • Order office supplies


  • Stable work history with 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Associate degree
  • Advanced Word skills and intermediate Excel skills
  • Extensive knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Bright, self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Very organized with the ability to multi-task and quickly adapt
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High energy level and a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly, efficiently and with minimal supervision
  • Sound judgement, excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable performing both professional and personal errands
