Job Description

PrideStaff is working with an established service companyto locate an energetic and highly motivated entry-level Marketing Coordinator who is driven to learn Sales & Marketing principals and then put this information in to practice to help secure direct Sales success!! 

     ** Inside Sales Representatives **
     ** Marketing Degree with a desire to put academics in to practice **

- Work with a professional Sales & Marketing Team with 100 years of experience to develop a comprehensive Sales & Marketing plan
- Conduct market research to help understand the market
- Develop Sales Plan that include diverse goals and objectives that include social media, marketing, networking, direct sales and inside sales
- Establish goals and timeframes for securing Sales goals
- Inside sales includes approx. 30 outbound calls per day
- Outside sales includes disseminating information to a pre-set group of customer targets
- Become a 'Team expert' on posting information in various social media platforms
- Support trade exhibits approx. 3 times per year

- Minimum of 1-2 years marketing or inside sales/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to establish Client trust and support through phone conversations
- Ability to become a 'Trusted Client resource' 
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Efficiently and accurately input sales and Client activity in customer relationship management (CRM) system 
- Strong attention-to-detail 
-  Knowledge and proficiency with social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and various job boards) preferred  

HOURS:  Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

•  Pay:  $13.00/hour 
•  Bonus program based on performance
