Job Description

Position Summary

Performs and assists in daily maintenance activities to support extrusion, printing and converting production departments, plans work, enforces policy and procedures, drives root cause analysis activities, recommends improvements in production methods and safety program, and participates in continuous improvement team activities.

Basic Responsibilities

Balances quality, productivity, and safety to achieve positive results in all areas

Provides support to operations to increase machine uptime and productivity throughout the

plant

Drives continuous improvement activities

Adhere to all GMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.

Specific Duties

Li Enforces all plant policies and procedures

  1. Enforces all plant and department safety rules
  2. Assists department performance and report result as directed by maintenance manager

111 Strives to achieve daily goal setting to maximum machine uptime and productivity

  1. Audits quality, safety, and environmental housekeeping procedures Participates in waste reduction efforts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge

Minimum of      _years of relevant work experience

Degree/certificate preferred (mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering) OR journey man skilled trade certification

Mechanical Skills — ensure that all equipment is running mechanically sound, perform mechanical PMs

Electrical Skills — Able to troubleshoot AC/DC drives and PLC, control circuits. Understands and is capable of tracing open circuit problems. Familiar with electrical test tools volt meter amp meter.
