The Export Coordinator position is a full-time position for a person that has a passion for planning and knows that what they are doing brings such great value to the company! The position reports to the Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao (ABC) Division Manager and provides data and administrative support within the department with a schedule of Monday – Friday business office hours 8:30am – 5:00pm and some overtime required. The candidate will need to be highly detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment that is constantly changing.


  • Prepare, issue, and submit documentation to ensure proper exportation of cargo.
  • Take booking requests ensuring bookings are made at current and accurate rates.
  • Maintain communication with customers and vendors
  • Arrange AES filing timely
  • Coordination of Local pick-ups
  • Coordination of Nationwide Inland Freights
  • Keep customers appraised to the export details of transactions in accordance with export operation procedures.
  • Monitor and manage shipments until completion.
  • Communicate with carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery processes.
  • Consolidate and route shipments based on local office procedures.
  • Ensure invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and logged in.
  • Assist Team and Supervisor with any needs necessary
