Job Description

A warehouse associate is needed in a distribution center in Miramar to provide clerical and administrative support to transportation and warehouse departments.

This is a full time position and the scheduled days/hours are: Tuesday - Friday from 10 am until 10 pm.

Candidate must be computer savvy and good with numbers to perform the essential job duties.

BIlingual in Spanish is a plus but it is not required.


Responsibilities include completing Driver check in duties on a daily basis, handling all related documents, and distributing paperwork accordingly, clerical data entry, and filing. 


-Check invoices and credits to determine any special orders or instructions

-Record returned merchandise and restock into appropriate areas, report damaged product 

-Research credits and invoice registry

-Completes return to warehouse form for all returned products; writes slot code numbers on all cases or, if unavailable, item code number and gets warehouse staff to sign off of return; routes the form as instructed

-Respond and follow up to all product checks’ emails in a timely manner.

-Immediately respond to a product recall

Other duties:

-Interface with warehouse, inventory, and customer service

-Ensure accuracy of all documents and coordinating all documents are filed and matched up correctly


Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
