Job Description

PrideStaff, a National Staffing System, is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Admin Clerk for a position with one of our leading clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-service-oriented individual to join a well-established team.

Data Entry Clerk - Admin Job Duties may include:

-Reading source documents and enter information into specific fields

-Complete subsequent entry using keyboards or scanners

-Responsible for comparing data with source documents in verification format to detect errors

-Logging activities, as needed

-Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard

-Storage of completed documents in appropriate locations

Data Entry Clerk - Admin Job Requirements include:

-Minimum 40 WPM

-Minimum of 6000 KSPH

-Ability to complete various assessments related to Date Entry and Administrative duties

-Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented.

-Must have a minimum of 6 months recent experience in Data Entry/Order entry

Understanding of customer service protocols
