The Data Entry Billing Clerk preforms tasks related to financial, clerical, and administrative duties.

This position quickly and efficiently completes and processing orders for billing.

Data Entry Billing Clerk job Responsibilities Include:

  • Enter orders into system
  • Answer client or customer inquiries
  • Support sales team
  • Follow up email or calls on part orders with suppliers
  • Keep client/customer accounts updated
  • Enter planned purchase orders for processing
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Data Entry Billing Clerk Job Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing industry a plus
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, ect)
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
