Responsibilities: 
• Contract processing and invoice generation
• Sales support
• Daily communication with customers (internal & external)
• Manage electronic customer files
• Other duties as assigned

• Bilingual required

 

Requirements

• 1-3 years sales and / or administrative support
• Invoice generation experience preferred 
• Proven record of getting results independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Proficient in Excel and Word
