COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

Contact us! We want you to join our Collection Team located in our corporate office in Doral, FL. 

What do we do?  

We provide capital to small business owners. Our collection team members service our own merchant accounts, in our own office location.  We are not a Call Center; we are not an agency and we are not looking for temporary or seasonal staff.

We invest in our Collections Team!  We provide the training, tools, resources and excellent supervision our Team Members need to achieve assigned production targets.

Skills/Qualifications:

    •    Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully drive collection results.

    •    Proven ability to service a portfolio of accounts within performance targets and deadlines

    •    Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, both in writing and by phone.

    •    Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production and transaction-oriented environment.

    •    Willingness to work cooperatively with other Team Members and work centers and a passion to consistently provide excellent service to our diverse client base

    •    Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, file management skills; attention to detail in maintaining account notations in business portal.

Requirements:

  •  High School diploma or GED  
  •  Minimum of 3 years of consumer or business to business collections experience
  •  Minimum of 2 year of Team Lead/Supervisor experience
