PrideStaff, a National Staffing System, is currently working with a client in the area searching for experienced, proven individuals for temporary and temp-to-hire assignments to hit the ground running and contribute right away. 

The Assistant Manager is responsible for:

  • managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employee,s as well as, the capacity to train staffers.
  • In addition, they oversee the kitchen, the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and Regional Owner/ President.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
