Administrative Assistant – Wilmington Delaware

Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as the Administrative Assistant.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive team
  • Coordinates meetings and events
  • Research and assist with special projects
  • Coordinates and handles supply ordering
  • Handles refund letters and documentation
  • Handles all employee credentialing
  • Coordinates employee onboarding with Regional Operations Managers
  • Coordinates HR duties as assigned
  • Place employment ads
  • Complete background checks
  • Coordinates health insurance communication to staff
  • Set up interviews
  • Communicates when employee reviews are due
  • Documents resignations and terminations
  • Reviews schedules with Management Team
  • Handles Client hospitality
  • Maintains equipment logs
  • Coordinates all mailings
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Coordinates HIM show details
  • Assist with hospital and travel staff scheduling
  • Filing as needed
  • Birthday cards for staff and Directors/Managers
  • Completes payroll
  • Takes minutes of meetings as needed
  • Diligently follows company policies
  • Adheres to strict HIPAA privacy guidelines
  • Ensures that the office area is neat and organized
  • Coordinates cleaning schedule
  • Sets an example for staff in productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensures that the office area is neat and organized.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Computer / PC proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point,
  • Adobe Acrobat and social medial web platforms
