PrideStaff in Carlsbad has an immediate position for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with QUICKBOOKS for a company in Encinitas, CA.

Temporary to hire position - 30 hours a week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • QuickBooks (Billing)
  • Separate and collate mail
  • Check incoming voicemail messages
  • Post incoming bills
  • Developing P&L statement commodities, and customers
  • Run end of month reports
  • Tracking inventory activity and comments for discrepancies
  • Sample tracking and follow-up
  • FDA requirements
  • Customer document requirements and updates
  • Specific customer requirements - insurance updates, (Quadex and Abriva)
  • Some training (webinar) required to keep up with ever changing document request.
  • Track all shipping with assigned carriers
  • Vetting current freight carriers with documents required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years ADMINISTRATIVE experience
  • QuickBooks, Excel and Word a must!
